Key Features
     [go back to top]

WorldView-2 is the first commercial satellite to record eight bands of multi-spectral imagery with a sub-meter spatial resolution.
This improves ...

  • the type and size of resolvable land cover features,
  • and thematic classification accuracy and resolution.

Additionally, whether recording in either stereo or mono modes, WorldView-2 offers advances in:  positioning accuracy, targeting agility, and overall production volume.
